The Truffle Robiola Cheese is a soft-ripened cheese from Le Langhe region, and precisely from Alba (CN). With a homogeneously compact texture, it presents a sweet, slightly sour taste, with a hint of truffle. Made from 100% Italian milk of the Piedmont region.

Origin of milk: Italy

INGREDIENTS: milk, milk cream, rennet, salt, truffle (0.8%), truffle aroma. 

HOW TO USEfor a better taste, it's advisable to consume the product at room temperature.
