Biancalieve for whipping and cooking sugarless is an excellent light sauce in an alternative to the dairy cooking cream in savoury recipes. In confectionery, it is ideal for filling and decorating cakes, in replacement to the dairy whipping cream.

DENOMINATION: Preparation Based on Vegetable Fat, Long Shelf-Life UHT, for Whipping and Cooking.

INGREDIENTS: water, totally hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel 26,5%), vegetable soluble fibre, milk protein, stabilizers: E420, E460, E339, E466, emulsifiers: E472e, soy lecithin (E322), E472b, salt, flavours, colouring:beta-carotene (E160a). Gluten Free. Ideal for gluten intolerant people. 

HOW TO USE: for a great performance, it is advisable to chill the product in the fridge before whipping, up it reaches a temperature between +5°C/+8°C. It can be whipped with a kitchen machine, an industrial cream mixer machine or a common electric whipper.
