DENOMINATION: Preparation based on Vegetable Fat, Long Life UHT, with sugar.

INGREDIENTSWater, totally hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel, 24%), sugar (19%), milk protein, stabilizing agents: E420, E466, E460, E339; emulsifying agents: E472e, soy lecithin (E322), E472b, salt, flavour, colouring: E160a. Gluten-free. Suitable for gluten intolerant people. 

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: In confectionery, it is ideal for filling, masking and decorating cakes. It is advisable to chill the product in the fridge before whipping, up it reaches a temperature between +4°C and +6°C. After whipping, the product is freezing and thaw resistant.
