Hoplà Professional for whipping with sugar is ideal for cake production and masking of cakes, filled cakes, semifreddos and ice creams. Excellent with crème patissière, chocolate, hazelnut and different flavours.

DENOMINATION: Preparation based on Vegetable Fat Long-Life UHT, with sugar.

INGREDIENTS: Water, totally hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel, 26,7%), sugar (11%), stabilizers: E420, E463, milk proteins, emulsifiers: E472e, soy lecithin (E322), E472b, salt, flavours, colouring: beta-carotene (E160a). Gluten-free. Suitable for gluten intolerant people.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: For a great performance, it is advisable to keep the product refrigerated, up it reaches a temperature between +5° and +8° C before whipping. It can be whipped with a kitchen machine, an industrial cream maker or a common electric whipper.
