Debone the chicken thighs and drumsticks and chop the meat in bites.
Mince the onions and lightly fry with 3 tablespoons of oil and 3-4 tablespoons of Trevalli Lactose-Free UHT milk. Bread the chicken bites with flour and lightly fry with oil. Once drained, add the chicken to the onions together with aromatic herbs, salt, black pepper and the remaining part of the Trevalli Lactose-Free UHT milk. Cook for 45 minutes, stirring now and then. Serve on grilled bread slices.
