INGREDIENTS: pasteurized cow's milk, pasteurized sheep's milk, salt, powder rennet, lactic ferments. Treated in the crust with preservatives E202 - E235. The crust is not edible.
HOW TO USE: for a better taste, the product should be consumed at room temperature.
