The ricotta Sibilla is a fresh soft cheese made from whey milk and the addition of sheep's milk and salt. It is produced on a daily basis, without preservatives.    

Origin of milk: milk of EU Countries - Processing Country: Italy

INGREDIENTS: whey milk with the addition of sheep's milk and salt. Acidity regulator: lactic acid. 

HOW TO USEfor a better taste it's advisable to consume the product at room temperature.
