The Pecorino di Fossa PDO has an aromatic taste and full of aroma, intense and pleasant, lightly spicy: the smell is intense and persistent, full of aromas, which recall the undergrowth with a scent of moulds and truffles. It is made with 100% Italian milk.

INGREDIENTS: Pasteurised sheep's milk, salt, rennet, lactobacilli. Free from preservatives: edible crust.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: For an optimal taste, remove from the fridge and keep at room temperature for a few hours before consuming.
