The Trevalli Pecorino Marchigiano is made with 100% Italian sheep's milk and it has a short ripening.

MILK ORIGIN: Italy

INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized sheep’s whole Milk, salt, rennet, lactobacilli. The crust is not edible and treated with preservatives: E 202 – E 235.

DURATION: Stored as it is: 65 days. If well preserved (see above), during the ripening, all the flavours and aromas are intensified.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: For an optimal taste, remove from the fridge and keep at room temperature for a few hours before consuming.
