HOW TO USE: The Gorgonzola cheese is excellent to eat as it is or as an ingredient in several recipes. The Gorgonzola Cheese is not adapt for people allergic to the milk and/or its specific components, because the milk is the principal ingredient (98,26%) of the Gorgonzola. Furthermore, it is not for yeast intolerant people.
