Semi-hard cheese, made from 100% cow and sheep's milk.

Origin of milk: Italy

INGREDIENTS: pasteurized cow's milk, pasteurized sheep's milk, salt, rennet, selected lactic ferments with the addition of grinded sage (max. 1%).

HOW TO USE: to fully taste its taste and quality, the product stored at refrigerated temperature should be kept at room temperature for some hours before being consumed.
