Blended Cheese with Walnuts

Semi-hard cheese with edible crust. Made from 100% Italian cow and sheep's milk. The tradition of seasoning the cheese with walnuts is one of the most ancient in our territory. 

Origin of milk: Italy

INGREDIENTS: pasteurized cow's milk, pasteurized sheep's milk, shelled walnuts (min. 3%), salt, rennet, selected lactic ferments, flavour. Free from preservatives. The crust is edible. 

HOW TO USE: to fully taste its taste and quality, the product stored at refrigerated temperature should be kept at room temperature for some hours before being consumed.
