Ideal to garnish fruit salads, coffees, ice creams, creams, and puddings, Biancalieve Aerosol Cream is ready to use and excellent to create and decorate all kinds of sweets, ice creams, fruit salads, and coffees. Conveniently available in two sizes: 250g and 500g.

DENOMINATION: Confectionery Aerosol Product Vegetable Fat-Based UHT

INGREDIENTS: water, totally hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel 26,5%), glucose syrup, sugar, milk proteins, stabilizers: (E460, E466), emulsifiers: (E472e, soy lecithin E322, E472b), salt, flavourings, coloring agent: E160a. Propellant: nitrous oxide (E942). Gluten Free. Ideal for gluten intolerant people.

HOW TO USE

  • Refrigerate before use
  • Release the nozzle and shake well before use 
  • Flip can upside down, press nozzle and squirt vertically 
  • Rinse off nozzle after use
