Carefully wash the apples, cut in half, eliminate the cores, remove a little bit of flesh, save it and then chop it.
Mix the shredded dry fruits in a bowl, flavour with the grated lemon peel, and add the apple flesh cubes and the sugar. Fill the apples with this stuffing and bake at 170° for around 30 minutes (it depends on apple sizes).
Whip the Hoplà for whipping with sugar together with a pinch of cinnamon. Put it in a pastry bag and decorate the apples. Dust grounded cinnamon to taste and serve.
