Caramelise in a pan the crumbled biscuits with the sugar. Let it chill and save.
Mousse: boil the water with sugar for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and pour in the lemon juice. Let it chill. Blend the tofu with the obtained lemon syrup and pour the contents into the cups. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Decoration: before serving, decorate the cups with caramelized biscuits, squirts of Hoplà Aerosol Cream, lemon peels and slices.
