Baked Potatoes with Béchamel and Shrimps

Ingredients for cooking
  • 1,2 Kg potatoes
  • 500 ml Trevalli UHT béchamel
  • 500 gr shrimps
  • 1 small piece of leek
  • 50 gr Trevalli butter
  • 70 gr grated parmesan
  • Chives
  • Salt, black pepper
  • Evo oil
Preparation

Boil and clean the potatoes then mash them with the potato masher and flavour with salt, black pepper, 30 gr of Trevalli butter and grated parmesan.

Lightly fry the minced leek in a pan, then add the prawns and cook for around 4-5 minutes. Garnish with salt and minced chives. Save 5-6 prawns for the final decoration.

Pour some Trevalli UHT béchamel on the bottom of an oven pan, and then add some spoons of mashed potatoes and level. Place the shrimps over the potatoes and cover with layers of béchamel, mashed potatoes and béchamel again. Spread the remaining pieces of butter on the top and bake at 190° for 25 minutes. 5 minutes before the completion of the cooking, decorate with prawns, end the cooking and serve.
