Semi-hard cheese, made from 100% Italian cow and sheep's milk. The mixed Caciotta Cheese was originally prepared during the winter period and belongs to the tradition when the cheese was prepared with sweet chili peppers. 

Origin of milk: Italy

INGREDIENTS: pasteurized cow's milk, pasteurized sheep's milk, salt, chili pepper (min. 0.4%), rennet, selected ferments. Preservatives: E202-E235 in the crust. The crust is not edible.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONSto fully taste its taste and quality, the product stored at refrigerated temperature should be kept at room temperature for some hours before being consumed.
