The Paglietta is a fresh cheese with a texture homogenously soft, made from 100% Italian Milk of the Piedmont region. With a sweet taste, it presents a yellowish colour and owes its name to its ancient particular method of conservation that took place on hay and straw.  

Origin of milk: Italy

INGREDIENTS: milk, salt, rennet

HOW TO USE: for a perfect taste, it is advisable to consume the product - previously stored in the refrigerator - at room temperature.
