The Robiola Cheese with chili pepper is a fresh cheese aromatized with chili pepper. It is typical of Le Langhe region and presents a homogenous, compact texture and a sweet, slightly sour and spicy taste. Cheese made from 100% Italian milk of the Piedmont region.   

Origin of milk: Italy

INGREDIENTS: milk, milk cream, rennet, salt, chili pepper (0,5%) natural flavor of chili pepper.

HOW TO USE: for a better taste, it's advisable to consume the product at room temperature.
