The Robiola Cheese with rocket leaves is a fresh cheese aromatized with rocket leaves. Typical of Le Langhe region, it presents a compact, homogeneous structure, with a sweet and slightly sour taste. Cheese made from 100% Italian milk of the Piedmont region. 

Origin of milk: Italy

INGREDIENTS: milk, cream milk, rennet, salt, rocket leaves (0.5%).

HOW TO USE: for a better taste, it's advisable to consume the product at room temperature.
