Douce Amie is ideal for the production and decoration of cakes, filled cakes, semifreddos, ice creams, and desserts. Excellent with crème patissière, chocolate, hazelnut, and different flavours. If you want, milk can easily be added to taste.

DENOMINATION: Preparation based on Vegetable Fat Long-Life UHT, with Sugar

INGREDIENTS: water, totally hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel 26.7%), sugar (11%), stabilizers: E420, E463, milk proteins, emulsifiers: E472e, soy lecithin (E322), E472b, salt, flavours, colouring: beta-carotene (E160a). Gluten free. Suitable for gluten intolerant people.

HOW TO USE: for a great performance, it is advisable to put Douce Amie in the fridge before whipping, up it reaches a temperature between +5°C/+8°C. It can be whipped with a kitchen machine, an industrial cream mixer machine or a common electric whipper.
