Vegetalcrem for Whipping is ideal for the production and decoration of cakes, filled cakes, semifreddos, ice creams, and desserts. Excellent with crème patissière, chocolate, hazelnut and different flavours. If you want, milk can easily be added to taste.

INGREDIENTS: water, totally hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel, 26,7%), sugar (11%), stabilizers; E420, E463, milk proteins, emulsifiers: E472e, soy lecithin (E322), E472b, salt, flavours, colouring: beta-carotene (E160a). Gluten Free. Suitable for gluten intolerant people.
