Hoplà Idee di Soia for whipping is completely soy-based, light and delicate. It is the ideal alternative to the animal fat-based cream for whipping because it is 100% vegetable, gluten free and free from hydrogenated fats. It is excellent for production and masking of cakes, semifreddos, ice creams
DENOMINATION: UHT preparation Based on vegetable non-hydrogenated fats, with soy protein, sweetened.
INGREDIENTS: water, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat 23% (coconut oil, palm kernel oil, cocoa butter), sugar, soy protein isolate (0,5%), stabilizers: sorbitol syrup (E420), E463, E339, emulsifiers: E472e, E433, E472b, carrageenan (E407), salt, flavouring, colouring: E160a. Gluten-free. Ideal for gluten intolerant people.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: For a great performance, it is advisable to chill the product in the fridge before whipping, up it reaches a temperature between +5°C and +8°C. It can be whipped with kitchen machines, industrial cream maker or a common electric whipper.

Store at room temperature, preferably in a fresh place (+4°C/+22°C), away from the direct sunlight. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 3-4 days.
