Hoplà Professional Dual Top 90/10 is a vegetable fat (90%) and dairy cream (10%) based product. It is sugarless, excellent both in confectionery and in gastronomy.

DENOMINATION: Preparation based on Vegetable Fat and Cream, UHT, Long Shelf-Life, for whipping and cooking.

INGREDIENTS: Water, totally hydrogenated fat (palm kernel, 31%), cream (10%,fat 40%), vegetable soluble fiber, milk protein, stabilizing agents: E420, E460, E339, E466, emulsifying agents: E472e, soy lecithin (E322), E472b, natural flavour, salt, colouring: E160a. Gluten Free. Suitable for gluten intolerant people.   

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Sugarless product. In gastronomy, it might be used as a cooking sauce. In confectionery, it is also ideal for filling cakes and desserts. It is advisable to chill the product in the fridge before whipping, up it reaches a temperature between+4°C and +6°C. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
