DENOMINAtION: Preparation Based on Vegetable Fat, Long Shelf-Life, UHT, for whipping and cooking.

INGREDIENTSwater, totally hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel, 28%), vegetal soluble fibre, milk protein, stabilizers: E420, E460, E339, E466, emulsifiers: E472e, soy lecithin (E322), E472b, salt, flavours, colouring: beta-carotene (E160a). Gluten-free. Suitable for gluten intolerant people.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: For a great performance, it is advisable to chill the product in the fridge before whipping, up it reaches a temperature between +5°C and +8° C.It can be whipped with a kitchen machine, an industrial cream mixer machines or a common electric whipper.
