HOPLA’ BECHAMEL DA CHEF is made with low-fat milk, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats and olive oil. 

The thermic treatment U.H.T. to which the product undergoes and the aseptic packing ensure a long duration of the béchamel, without using preservatives.
With only 4% of fats, it is ideal to enrich with lightness the taste of numerous dishes. It is excellent for lasagna, cannelloni, au gratin recipes, soufflé and perfect to flavour and soften sauces to garnish main courses and various dishes.

DENOMINATION: Bechamel based on skimmed milk and non-hydrogenated vegetable fats, long shelf life U.H.T.

INGREDIENTS: Skimmed milk (88,4%), wheat flour 00 (contains gluten), coconut oil (3,2%) olive oil (0,8%), modified corn starch, thickeners: carrageenan, xanthan gum, salt, nutmeg natural extract, flavours.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Excellent for lasagna, cannelloni, au gratin recipes, soufflé and to garnish a mass of dishes. It is ideal to flavour and to soften sauces, to garnish main courses and to enrich with lightness the taste of several recipes.
