Hoplà Cooking Cream Cucina da Chef is free from hydrogenated fats and palm oil and it contains olive oil. Hoplà Cooking Cream Cucina da Chef is the ideal vegetable fat-based alternative to garnish tortellini, ravioli, tagliatelle, to prepare escalopes and to boost the flavour in numerous first dishes and main courses. Suitable to garnish side dishes before serving.

It is free from hydrogenated vegetable fats and from preservatives. It has a high garnishing power: it is creamy and it coats perfectly all kinds of foods, both cold and hot dishes, conferring the rich and full taste of the cream. With olive oil, it is excellent for light and delicious recipes. It has only 140 kcal per 100 ml/70 kcal per portion (50 ml).

INGREDIENTS: buttermilk, water, coconut oil (8,8%), olive oil (2,2%), modified starches, lactose, milk proteins, glucose syrup, flavours, thickeners: guar seeds flour, xanthan gum, salt. Gluten Free. Ideal for Gluten Intolerant People.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Excellent for sauces, ideal to garnish tortellini, ravioli and tagliatelle, suitable as an ingredient in the preparation of escalopes, meat or vegetable pies and to give a light touch of gastronomy to several dishes. Add, right before serving, in side dishes.
