Abbraccia Una Mamma - Hug a Mom

A synergy between two entities/organizations for a common purpose. The Association Gruppo Abele O.N.L.U.S. and Abit work together to provide a concrete help to the vulnerable and disadvantaged mother-child households, in the area of Turin.

"Abbraccia Una Mamma" (Hug a Mom) is a triennial project of solidarity that aims at promoting and favouring the cooperation between the world of the economic organizations and the world of the volunteering. It supports a model of a society driven by compassion, more focused on the inclusion rather than the exclusion.

The project consists in providing: “grocery shopping packages” containing dairy products, to 80 mother-child households; continuing education courses to the disadvantaged mothers to favour a smooth inclusion in the world of work; path of food education to transmit a healthy and correct model of nutrition. The Trevalli Cooperlat will contribute to the creation of the fun area for the children of the Association Gruppo Abele.
