Frozen Melon with Mint and Aerosol Cream

Ingredients for cooking
  • 700 gr melon flesh
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 6 gr thickener agar agar
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Melon balls
  • Mint
  • Hoplà Aerosol Cream q.s.

Cut the melon flesh, add the half of the sugar and blend. Flavour with the grated lemon peel and the lemon juice. Meanwhile, mix the sugar with the agar agar. Add this mix in the blender and stir. Pour the melon puree into a saucepan and cook for 3 minutes, always stirring. Remove from the heat, and wait until the mixture is lukewarm. Pour it into glasses and refrigerate.

Before serving, decorate with melon flesh balls, mint and Hoplà Aerosol Cream.
