Sweat the onion in a pan, add the peas and the fava beans already boiled. Cook for 5 minutes, then add the cleaned shrimp tails and brown them fast. Pour the Trevalli UHT cooking cream in the pan and cook for 3 minutes more. Taste and add salt and black pepper if necessary.
Boil the pasta in salty water, drain al dente and complete the cooking in the pan with the sauce to let it coat the pasta. Decorate with chives and serve.
