Fusilli with Shrimps, Fava Beans and Cooking Cream

Ingredients for cooking
  • 300 gr fusilli 
  • 200 gr shrimp tails
  • 100 gr peas, already boiled
  • 170 gr fava beans, already cleaned and boiled
  • 200 ml Trevalli UHT Cooking Cream
  • ¼ minced onion
  • Evo oil
  • Salt, black pepper
  • Chives
Preparation

Sweat the onion in a pan, add the peas and the fava beans already boiled. Cook for 5 minutes, then add the cleaned shrimp tails and brown them fast. Pour the Trevalli UHT cooking cream in the pan and cook for 3 minutes more. Taste and add salt and black pepper if necessary.

Boil the pasta in salty water, drain al dente and complete the cooking in the pan with the sauce to let it coat the pasta. Decorate with chives and serve.
