Roasted Vegetable Salad with Cooking Cream and Seeds Mix

Ingredients for cooking
  • 1 Yellow bell pepper
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 courgettes
  • 2 potatoes (medium size)
  • 300 ml Trevalli UHT cooking cream
  • Toasted sesame seeds q.s.
  • Flaxseeds q.s.
  • Parsley
  • Evo oil
  • Salt
Preparation

Clean the potatoes and the vegetables. Cut the potatoes in slices not too big and chop the other vegetables.

Flavour the Trevalli UHT cooking cream with salt and oil, then pour it on the vegetables. Place the mix on a tray covered with baking paper and bake at 180° for 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven, garnish with seeds mix and parsley and serve.
