The Caciotta Montefeltro is a soft paste cheese and is made with 100% Italian pasteurized sheep’s milk and cow’s milk.

MILK ORIGIN : Italy

INGREDIENTS: Pasteurised sheep's and cow’s milk, salt, rennet, selected lactobacilli. The crust is non-edible and treated with preservatives: E 235- E202.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: For an optimal taste, remove from the fridge and keep at room temperature for a few hours before consuming.
