The Casciotta d’Urbino PDO is a ripened cheese, made with 100% Italian High-quality milk. Frugal, at a first glance, but with a long and rich history that makes it unique in the world. It has a characteristic pleasant sweet taste, a soft and crumbly flesh with small holes. Excellent as a table cheese or to enrich hot and cold dishes, like cured meat or vegetables. It is made with sheep’s and cow’s milk 100% Italian.
