Obtained with cow’s milk whey and fresh whole milk. It has a fine and crumbly texture, white paste and a delicate and sweet taste. Free from preservatives.

Origin of milk: UE Countries – Processing Country: Italy

INGREDIENTS: cow’s MILK WHEY, MILK, salt. Acidity regulator: lactic acid.

EXPIRY DATE: 15 days comprising the date of production. 

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: For an optimal taste,  it is advisable to consume the product at room temperature.
