Origin of milk: Italy
INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized cow's milk, pasteurized sheep's milk, cubed green olives (min. 3,5%), salt, rennet, selected ferment. Free from preservatives. The crust is edible.
HOW TO USE: to fully taste its taste and quality, the product stored at refrigerated temperature should be kept at room temperature for some hours before being consumed.
