Semi-hard cheese, made from 100% Italian cow and sheep's milk. This cheese is obtained through the full respect of the tradition of its region, Le Marche. 

Origin of milk: Italy

INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized cow's milk, pasteurized sheep's milk, cubed green olives (min. 3,5%), salt, rennet, selected ferment. Free from preservatives. The crust is edible.

HOW TO USE: to fully taste its taste and quality, the product stored at refrigerated temperature should be kept at room temperature for some hours before being consumed. 

Gastronomic combination

Trevalli's flavoured cheeses are excellent table cheeses that should be tasted with other typical foods, like the typical "Crescia". They might be used to add taste to fresh salads or to season first courses cooked in the oven. They might be coupled with white wines rich in taste, but delicate.
