INGREDIENTS: 60% pasteurized sheep's milk, 40% pasteurized cow's milk, salt, powder rennet, lactic ferments. Treated in the crust with preservatives E202 - E235. The crust is not edible.
HOW TO USE: to fully taste its taste and quality, the product stored at refrigerated temperature should be kept at room temperature for some hours before being consumed.
