INGREDIENTS: pasteurized cow's milk, pasteurized sheep's milk, salt, rennet, selected ferments. Treated in the crust with preservatives E202 - E235. The crust is not edible.

HOW TO USEto fully taste its taste and quality, the product stored at refrigerated temperature should be kept at room temperature for some hours before being consumed.
