Hard cheese with compact and friable texture, with a medium ripening among walnut leaves. Made from 100% sheep and cow's milk, it is acknowledged by Le Marche Region as "traditional" product.

Origin of milk: Italy

INGREDIENTS: pasteurized sheep's milk, pasteurized cow's milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments. Preservatives: E202 - E235 in the crust. The crust is not edible.

HOW TO USEto fully taste its taste and quality, the product stored at refrigerated temperature should be kept at room temperature for some hours before being consumed.
