Hoplà for whipping and cooking, free from hydrogenated fats, is ideal as a light condiment in gastronomy as an alternative to animal fat-based cream. In confectionery, it is excellent for the production and decoration of cakes, filled cakes, semifreddos, ice creams etc.. Delicious also with crème patissière, chocolate, hazelnut and different flavours.

DENOMINATION: Preparation Based on Non-Hydrogenated Vegetable Fats Long-Life UHT, for Whipping and Cooking

INGREDIENTSWater, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats 28% (coconut oil, palm kernel oil, cocoa butter), vegetable soluble fiber, milk protein, stabilizers: E420, E460, E339, E466, emulsifiers: E472e, soy Lecithin (E322), E472b, salt, flavours, colouring: betacarotene (E160a) Gluten free. Suitable for gluten intolerant people.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:  For a great performance, it is advisable to chill the product in the fridge before whipping, up it reaches a temperature between +4°C and +6°C. It can be whipped with a kitchen machine, an industrial cream maker or a common electric whipper.
