Hoplà for whipping with sugar, free from hydrogenated fats, is ideal for the production and decoration of cakes, filled cakes, semifreddos, ice creams etc… Excellent with crème patissière, chocolate, hazelnut and different flavours.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: It is advisable to chill the product in the fridge before whipping, up it reaches a temperature between +4°C and + 6°C. It can be whipped with kitchen machines, industrial cream maker or a common electric whipper.
